All purchases made through Big FN Box are final sale.
Due to the nature of our products as mystery and liquidation-style boxes containing assorted and unpredictable items, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By purchasing from Big FN Box, the customer understands and agrees that:
- Items may vary significantly in brand, condition, type, and resale value.
- Certain products may be used, open-box, surplus, shelf pulls, overstock, liquidation merchandise, unclaimed packages, or undelivered mail.
- Some items may have cosmetic damage, broken or missing parts, incomplete accessories, damaged packaging, or may not be in working condition. Certain items might have been opened and resealed at their original facility, repackaged, missing a label, or in incorrect packaging. We have no control over these variations.
- The value and contents of each box are not guaranteed and are part of the purchasing experience.

Chargebacks, Fraudulent Claims, and Unauthorized Disputes
Customers agree to contact Big FN Box directly regarding any order concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with their financial institution.
Filing a false chargeback, fraudulent “item not as described” claim, or unauthorized transaction claim after receiving and retaining merchandise may constitute fraud, theft by deception, or abuse of the payment dispute system under applicable law.
Customers expressly acknowledge that:
- Receipt and retention of merchandise while simultaneously reversing or disputing payment is prohibited.
- Filing an “unauthorized purchase” claim for an order that was knowingly placed or accepted is considered fraudulent activity.
- Publicly posting, displaying, reviewing, reselling, or otherwise demonstrating possession of merchandise after claiming a transaction was unauthorized or invalid may be used as evidence in dispute proceedings, investigations, civil claims, or chargeback responses.
- Big FN Box reserves the right to submit evidence including, but not limited to, order records, checkout acknowledgements, IP address logs, device information, shipping confirmations, delivery records, communications, photographs, videos, and publicly available social media content in response to fraudulent disputes or claims.
Any customer initiating a dispute or chargeback may be required to return all merchandise, in full, at their own expense before any resolution is considered.
Big FN Box reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law in cases involving suspected fraud, theft, deceptive claims, or abuse of the payment system, including but not limited to:
- Submission of evidence to banks and payment processors
- Civil recovery actions
- Collection efforts
- Recovery of associated fees, damages, and losses
- Referral to legal counsel or law enforcement where appropriate
Each Big FN Box may contain products sourced from, including but not limited to:
- Undeliverable mail
- Overstock inventory
- Liquidation merchandise
- Unclaimed packages
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Our team takes care to securely pack every order before it leaves our facility.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times, shipping delays, lost packages, or transit damage are outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking information.
Surprise Box Disclaimer
