All purchases made through Big FN Box are considered final sale.
Because our products are mystery boxes containing assorted items, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each box contains a surprise assortment of items that may originate from sources such as:
- Undeliverable mail
- Overstock inventory
- Liquidation goods
- Unclaimed packages
- Shelf pulls or surplus merchandise
Since the contents are part of the mystery experience and cannot be previewed in advance, all items are sold as-is.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after checkout.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted once they have been placed. Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address, contact information, and order details are correct prior to completing their purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Big FN Box, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor after completing a purchase.
If a dispute is opened, Big FN Box reserves the right to provide order confirmation, shipping records, and proof of policy acceptance to the payment processor to resolve the claim.
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be considered a violation of this purchase agreement.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Our team takes care to securely pack every order before it leaves our facility.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times, shipping delays, lost packages, or transit damage are outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking information.
